There are a surprising number of cheap or inexpensive predictive dialer options available. In some situations, these cheap predictive dialers can work just fine, but make sure to carefully compare your predictive dialing requirements with the features of these inexpensive predictive dialers.
Also, an inexpensive predictive dialer is usually inexpensive because the cost of the dialer does not include phone minutes. Often, inexpensive dialers require you to arrange for your own telephony (which can be complicated depending on your technical skill level).
The Lead King Predictive Dialer
You'll feel like you've taken a trip back in time when you use the Lead King predictive dialer. The UX may be a bit 90's, but the dialer actually works well for many purposes.

LeadKing provides a free trial of their predictive dialing software that is functional, allowing you to use it for limited campaigns. A video of the Lead King user interface and dialer functionality is shown below.
If you choose to purchase a license to the Leads King dialer software, it is only $200 making it the least expensive commercial dialer on the market.
